At Adventure HQ, we want you to be fully equipped for your next journey, which is why we offer a 30-day window for returns or exchanges on all unworn gear. All items must be in their original condition with tags attached to qualify for a full refund.

Return Process

  Visit our online returns portal and enter your order number and zip code to select the items you wish to send back.

  Pack Your Gear

  Securely place the items in their original packaging and include the packing slip provided in the portal to ensure faster processing.

  Ship It Back

  Print your prepaid shipping label, attach it to the package, and drop it off at any authorized carrier location.

• 4.
  Receive Your Refund

  Once our team inspects your return, we will issue a refund to your original payment method within 5-7 business days.
